Welcome to Lincoln Park Family Physicians!
Our practice was formed in 1994 to serve all ages- newborns and up. Our Board Certified providers have trained at some of the best schools and institutions in the country and are able to treat a wide variety of medical problems.
We have a strong commitment to preventative medicine and seek to promote the wellness of each and every patient. We strive to create an atmosphere that is comfortable and friendly to help relieve the anxiety that often encompasses a visit to the doctor. As a patient in our practice, you can be assured that you will be cared for by a doctor who knows you and treats you like a person, not a number.
Don't forget to get your Flu Vaccine. Call us for an appointment.
What is a Family Practice?
Family Practitioners have received extensive training in three areas:
A Family Practitioner can provide care immediately following birth, both in and out of the hospital. In addition to evaluation and treatment of illness, this care includes routine well care (focusing on growth and development) and immunizations. Continuity of care is provided through adolescence and into adulthood.
A Family Practitioner provides preventative care and diagnosis/ treatment of common medical problems. Patients can be seen in an office or hospital setting. For the majority of medical problems, your Family Practitioner can help.
A Family Practitioner can provide this specialized care, which includes routine gynecologic exams, pap testing, contraception, cancer screening and prevention, and treatment of common gynecologic problems.
Ultimately, our specialty is you!
Lincoln Park Family Physicians also offer Nutrition Counseling, Sports Medicine, Minor Surgery Procedures, Preventative Measures (Well Adult Care), and Urgent Care. We also perform on-site laboratory services, as well as specimen collection and delivery to reference laboratories. View our Family Practice Services and Heart Attack and Stroke Prevention pages for more information, or contact us today to become a Lincoln Park Family Physicians patient.
Although most medical problems can be diagnosed and treated by your Family Practitioner, some conditions may require referral to a specialist. We work with a select group of specialists to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care.
